I don't know about everyone else, but I am having a great time here! This apartment complex is a difference between night and day from my last one. I understand that some units have more tenants than others, but as for me and my parking, it could not get any better. always a spot close to my apartment.

I really do not have any complaints from the staff or management. They were always friendly and courteous to me, and when there was a problem, then it was fixed in a timely manner.

The manager even went out of her way to assist me with my lease when the Army decided to keep me at Bragg longer than i anticipated.

The place is so clean and well-kept, everyone comments on my apartment when they arrive. The rooms are very spacious, and the chandaliers are a nice touch. In fact, the only complaint i can think of (and this has nothing to do with the apartment management), is the stupid late fees from the town of Spring Lake's water bill. I wish the water company had a service rating website...I would tear them a new a**hole! But even with all that...the management leaves a friendly reminder about the water bill being due on the 18th. So they are really going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place....5-stars and all! And if i return to Ft. Bragg some day in the future, I will look this place up first!
