Just yesterday, the office went around posting signs on every residents door about placing trash outside your apartment. How about posting a sign telling residents to respect their hours by keeping the noise down. This apartment complex is very noisy. Residents making noise into the night. It's very disrespectful. But, the apartment complex won't take any steps to try to get anyone to keep quiet. All complaints made to the office are ignored. Instead of wasting energy about trash, which isn't a problem in my building, let's get this noise situation under control.
