It's not that the apartment complex is noisey, it's the construction of the buildings that sucks. They are cheaply constructed. The maintenance guy even said that once. There is poor insulation and its rather cold in the winter. They should build nicer buildings for the rent price they charge. They should also tile the bathrooms as well, just having the hall and kitchen tiled and not the bathrooms looks cheap. They most certianly cut corners in construction and materials design.
