I loved here for a year in 2005-2006 and enjoyed it. Now I am here 2007-08 and hate it. The staff acts better than you from the HI at the door. When I moved it there is a 5in by 5in candle wax pile on the carpet. The toilets was not clean and the shelves, I wiped with my hand and dust went flying. The bath tub was dirty and the cabinet in the bathroom wouldn't close. I reported it and the day I signed my lease to move it, none of it was fixed or cleaned. It took 3 weeks for maintence to fix my water heater and the first time they came they didn't even fix it.It took 2 more weeks for them to come back. They didn't fix it then and I didn't report it. But the pan just dried up one day and stopped. GOD had to fix my water heater. They said they would come back to add another peice of the pipe to go back to the drain dish. THEY NEVER SHOWED. I have a kid and don't feel like being a mom to the workers here. I shouldn't have to call 6 times for them not to show and pissing off people b/c i call all the time. I AGREE WITH THE TRASH! I hate the compactor. I also live at the back and if I drive up there I expect it to be there and not full ALL THE TIME! It gets jammed every time I am there. You have to drive through a rough looking part of the lot to get to it. I love swimming. But when the pool has been dirty over half the summer it sucks. When you do go swimming you get tract infections from the water. It is never clean. Also, plenty of times me, my husband and my son have been the only ones in the water and people stare at you from the windows up top. CREEPY! It's not a checking in on you. They stand there for 20 min staring. Also, standing 2 feet back from the window does not make it to where we can't see you watching us! My husband got extended for another year and we are spending it in a smaller, better, and nicer apartment.
