I am a male who moved in a couple months ago. The plumbers barged into my apartment after knocking once. I was getting dressed. What it it were my wife, I would have been po'ed. Also their boots were dirty and they were filthy from head to toe. In other apartments I lived in maintenance would have an escort, not just a key to enter in any apartment they pleased.
I can hear my neighbors yelling at each other.
Also, the gate is a joke. Its up half the time and everyone knows the codes...
Last why is rent so high for a dirt hole like Spring Lake'''
