Maintenance is terrible. In the last two years, every work order we have called in has taken over a month to fix. All of our problems were quick and easy, but still took forever to be taken care of. I was in the office one day after a month had passed and no one showed up, and the office staff showed me in the computer where the work order had been signed off as complete, even showing entries as to what was accomplished. They took the time to make up a complicated lie, but couldn't actually come out to fix anything. I resubmitted the work order, and about two weeks later someone fixed two out of our three problems. The last has yet to be taken care of, it has been over two months since the first work order. The office staff is decent, though very out of touch with their tenants. They also tend to walk the parking lots and put towing notices on any vehicle with out of date registration or inspection stickers. If you don't comply, your vehicle is towed within the week at your expense! BEWARE MILITARY! If you deploy, don't leave your vehicle here or it will be gone when you return! Theft is a problem here as well. People scour the parking lots looking for vulnerable or unlocked cars. You won't notice a thing until you leave your car unlocked for 20 min and come back to find your Ipod and camera missing, later to find out the same thing has happened to most of your neighbors.
The only really good thing I can say about this place, is that it is very spacious. Other than that, I would leave it to the hoards of cockroaches and look somewhere else.
