I have lived at Southwinds for over 15 months and must report that the property has gone down hill at an unbelievable rate. A new property manager was brought here a few months ago. She is rude, often hostile, and completely unwilling to work with the residents on any issues we have. The occupancy has declined to what I wouldn't doubt are record lows; residents are fed up and are willing to break contracts to get out of here. I would be willing to say that 80-90% of the residents here hate this place. We are actually in the process of having a community meeting over the weekend and have contacted the local news' stations trouble shooter line because it has gotten so bad.
