When I first moved in the apartment was horrible. I talked to one of the managers and they said that we were getting all new appliances, freshly painted walls, and new carpet. Before I signed the lease I kept asking the property manager to see the apartment to check it out and everything. They told me I couldn't do that until I signed the lease, so on my own fault I signed the lease. Got the apartment keys went to the apartment it was dirty. It smelled of old pets, the tub was dirty, the toilet still had urine from the previous occupants,and it had pet hair everywhere. Like I said dirty. If you call the management to fix something, they say well maybe its your fault and they don't send anybody down at all. One time I waited two whole days to fix the nails on the deck because they are literally sticking up and already guest of mine had to be rushed to the hospital to get a tetanus(sp) shot. They still didnt come to fix the nails TOYAL NIGHTMARE choose someplace else
