Lets just say.. you get what you pay for. Upon move in my apartment was DIRTY! Im no clean freak but when things from PAST tenants are still in the cabinets something is wrong! Paint is pealing in the bathrooms, BUGS EVERY WHERE, mold on the windows outside. Front door has gaps and is hard to lock and unlock. People roam at all times.. its not a safe feeling. Their idea of "security" for residents is pieces of wood in the windows and holding the sliding patio door shut. Yes that means without those NOTHING stays shut or locked. SAFE HUH''' If you want to sleep through the night this place is not for you. Ive only lived here a month and have already been disgusted by this place. I can not wait to move. They have "parties" for the residents but 99% of the residents are not notified.

This is way extreme!! I also live on the property and the staff is nothing but helpful, along with maintaince they are great with fixing things in a timely order. I have never not felt safe in my home. Whenever we have always got our notices for resident functions, the pool party this year was excellent! I recieved my notice for that 2 weeks before the event.

Extreme?? hmmm alright then.. hows this for extreme. I clean my place daily.. no food or trash laying around YET I find COCKROACHES on an almost daily basis. I move in and GUM is stuck to the windows. Parties out side my apartment every weekend cause both my husband and I not to be able to sleep. I watch my neighbor get BEAT by her boyfriend or whatever he was to her. I do not feel safe here..period end of story. Our toilet stopped working and they told my husband it would be fixed that night.. no one showed I called the next day and was told someone would be right out there... they then left for a conference.. it was the THIRD day without a working toilet that someone finally came to fix it. I absolutely can not wait to get out of this crap hole.
