Do Not Live Here - These apartments are no longer like they were in 2007 as all the other people have posted. Rent is outrageous for the box you live in. Power is always going out, at leat 2-3 times a week. The cable is below basic and internet is so slow you can't watch any online videos. OK! Little old! Worth the price! Northpoint is OK I've lived here for a couple of months. The apartemnts are older but maintained well. The price is the best bennefit the free cable and internet make a difference and now the pool is open. I dont mind paying almost $600.00 for rent.

Quite country setting I moved to Northpoint 2 years ago and about a year ago new management took over. The girls in the office are great and maintenance always comes by the same day to fix any proplems I have. The area is very quite. I agree with the previous review that the pool should be done

Very nice for the price I am in the military and Northpoint is one of the few places around that doesn't jack up their prices to take advantage of the military. Yes it is a little older, but still very nice. Any problem I have ever had, maintenance has been here within a couple hours

Not too Bad It's not that the apartment complex is noisey, it's the construction of the buildings that sucks. They are cheaply constructed. The maintenance guy even said that once. There is poor insulation and its rather cold in the winter. They should build nicer buildings for the rent
