I was looking for a quiet place to live that would take pets and was well kept. Despite my reservations with living in large apartment communities from problems with noise and inconsiderate tenants at other places in the past, Caveness turned out to be pretty good. The place is quiet at night, though it can get a little noisy around the pool during the day in warm weather. The staff was helpful and found an apartment that suited my needs and even set me up with a short term lease, though it cost a little more. They allowed my large dog and I received my full deposit back, minus the agreed upon nonrefundable pet fee. Most people cleaned up after their dogs, as they should and the grounds keepers kept it clean otherwise. I have since moved out of the area and wish I could find a place as good for the price where I live now...
