Caveness Farms has been a blessing to me and my husband. We lived there for about a year and not once had a problem. The office staff is so nice and friendly, maintenance was excellent (although we only called them once or twice), neighbors are very polite, and the landscaping is beautiful. The floorplans were very spacious. We had a one bedroom/ one bath. The living room was huge, so we used the back corner as a little office nook, the kitchen's counter space was just right, as well as cabinet space, and the bathroom almost seemed to be wheelchair accessible. The only thing about the bedroom my husband complained about was the light coming through in the mornings, but i loved it. This place is top knotch, and is perfect for everyday living. There was very spacious parking as well. There is also a lot of community events, which they will let you know about with their community newsletter that comes monthly.

I would highly recommend this place. It truly is what dreams are made of.
