Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2008
I've lived here since moving to the area over 8 years ago. I've had a few maintenance issues over the years, but nothing major. All problems have been fixed promptly.
Pros:
Nice landscaping with pond/lake
Quite apartment area
Good office staff
Good maintenance dept
Plenty of parking
Good sound insulation
Decent pool area
Negatives:
AC requires charging every year (sometimes twice in a summer)
"Fitness center" leaves a bit to be desired
AM traffic heading south to Raleigh can be bad (nothng to do with Caveness but a problem)
