I must say, some of the three reviews seem pretty harsh! I came here seven or so months ago and had some similar incidences with lack of maintenance.I do like the supers though, and the tenants(a diverse group)I run into periodicly, also seem very nice. I have now cleaned and decorated my apt. to my liking and after some small problems with the neighbors(which was solved with a little communication)I'm feeling pretty comfortable her. The price is right and this is a very old building(which I hope will hold up under all of us.I guess we have to sacrifice a little for that. That's all.
