The Mill has so much charm and beauty, especially with the original hard wood flooring. Tall windows let in a lot of natural light, which is wonderful. The 2 bedroom apartments are huge (comparing to other places around town). We lived there for almost 2 years. The biggest complaints we had were the fact that the walls are SO paper thin. The person living next to us smoked, and you could see it wafting under into our apartment. Made the whole place smell. You can hear entire conversations from your neighbors (unfortunately we heard much more than that which was in the end very annoying)and you can hear anything going on above or below you if you are on the first and second floors. I understand the builders did what they could with the old building, but it is extremely noisy compared to other complexes. If you can get passed this, then you'll be fine- management was great at the time we were there.
