like everyone else,i enjoy my apartment because it is decent for the money but what they dont tell you is its based on your income which means if you make too much you dont qualify. at the same time they raise the rent when they want..you have to make more money to pay the rent but you cant make over a certain amount,which is very little.glen royal mill also except section 8 which they dont publicize.not being prejustice but i work hard everyday and pay my rent on time and i dont think its fair for someone to live right next door to me not paying a dime.i find myself picking trash up on a regular bases and the parking lot looks like a earthquake hit it.i feel like im living in a dormatory.some the people who live here take pride in the property and would like it to be a safe and clean environment and would like to feel appreciated.i seen 3 maintenance men dismissed since i been here (that should tell you something).the staff here sucks.they never answer or call back. this goes for the head staff too.i have never lived in an apartment when i had to take a day off just to talk to the apartment manager and then even so its like talking to a brick wall.they seriously need some true professionals who know what their doing to help this beautiful but struggling property out.apartments stay vacant and people dont stay because of this underminded shady business that goes on around here.in a short time ive grown sick of it.

I live here and I have no idea what they mean about the parking lot looking like an earthquake hit it. I also would like to know what they mean about the underminded shady business?? You do sound prejudice about not wanting section 8 here. Are the people clean and quiet. Yes. I work also, and don't have the time to snoop around checking to see who's on section 8 and who is not. The way the economy is going, just feel blessed that it's not you! This person gave parking a 3 but there is never a lack of parking spaces, the parking lot wraps around the whole property. The grounds seem very well kept to me. We have had a little tiny problem with junk being in the lobby, but I took it mostly as people trying to recycle and put it out for someone who might need it. It's not a huge problem. The staff does need a little help keeping to the scheduled hours they have posted, but the property manager does live an hour away, and has children, plus manages another property, so I'm sure she is doing her best. The qualification to live here is almost 30,000 a year and the rent increase was only 20.00 per apt. I still feel safe and happy here. If you don't want to live with poor people, go buy a house. Obviously, you are also a poor person or else you wouldn't qualify yourself. Besides the section 8 people we have many, many seminary students who are extremely polite and quiet. So, it balances out. If you like diversity, we have it here.

im not predjudice just irrated when i work all day and come home to rest when all i hear is the neighbors kids screaming all hours of the night.if you were in my shoes you wouldnt be making a negative comment.parking lot has pot holes and cracks that would tear your car up if your not careful.management still stinks.the students are nice but dont care to live around people who lay up all night and day and collect monies to pay rent that i work hard to pay.you feel me???? shady business means lies and doing things that arent fair in a secretive way.come on are you blind brainwashed or plain nieve? yeah and i live here because i like the apartments..thats the only reason.rich...no,poor...no just trying to make it.no need to be offended about what i said unless it pertains to you.
