It's a nice place to live. I do have concerns about the parking. Many times there aren't any close spaces to park. That's frustrating but then again many times there's nobody here.
Maintenance is good and bad at the same time. Billy is terrific! As the apartments age most of the pipesMANY water leaks occur without taking care of attached apartments. Snow/ice removeal is unknown to North Forest. Safety is a main concern for all our residents young and old. I think a little salt on the walks and maybe an occasional shovel should be considered. Otherwise most of the time I love living here. It's pretty, so far rather safe and the $ is reasonable.
