Very happy here!! Our apartment is very nice and the community is very well maintained. It has shopping right across the street. We are glad we chose the Heritage area of Wake Forest, it is very quiet and makes you feel like you are out away from everything. The staff are excellent and helped

Bathroom leaks in your living room & high lease termination fees! I have lived here for 5yrs and yes there are leaks. I live on the 2nd floor and water from the 3rd floor apt. has leaked into my living room and/or master bathroom on several occasions, when my neighbors took a bath.

Good place I've lived here since moving to the area over 8 years ago. I've had a few maintenance issues over the years, but nothing major. All problems have been fixed promptly.

Best Deal 20 foot ceilings and large rooms look like New York Lofts...which cost $2000-$5000 a month WOW mine is $575. include big in apt laundry with washer dryer hook ups.AND they pay the water and sewer...Love the big beams and hugh windows...neighbors are friendly and Carolyn the manager is
