I Have lived at Abbotts Run for three years and i love it hear. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasent. i rarely have anything break in my apt but if i do it gets fixed within 24 hours. It can get a bit noisy on the weekends but never something that will keep you awake. The staff is very good at helping with the noise. I live on the first floor and never see any bugs. I also rarely hear the people above me. Its a great place to live!!!
