This is pretty much a college apartment community-lots of students here, at times a little boisterous! It is quiet for the most part but I lucked out and got the building right behind a jumping karaoke bar, so it was a little noisy at night.
I was there for corporate purposes so I cannot speak cost of living price wise.
The apartments are new within the last year so everything is really clean. They are just finishing phase II which is adding several more apartments. The office personnel rock and are EXCELLENT in customer service. I hope the extra load includes extra staff so as to not hamper services.
Getting out in traffic off roads to complex is absolutely hell, but I guess it is the price to pay for the convenience of shopping district. I am not from NC so I know little of codes, but the easy access to fire extinguishers both in apartment and entry way was comforting. Apartments also have sprinklers, I have never encountered this before, but by no means a complaint. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
