I am not a student actually retired and have lived here for three years, I have even transferred to another apartment at Abbotts Run recently.
Sure there are students and with it comes the expected problems occassionally. I have spoken to the Manager, Felicia, with some problems with residents and she handled it appropriatly, I enjoy the location, walking my dog in the area is great also.
