Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived here in a 1 bedroom for a while now and I have never had any problems. The noise in the one bedrooms is not an issue and the staff in the office is very friendly and extremely helpful. I am transfering to a 2 bedroom here because I have not seen any apts. that compare to this. Also, i feel very safe here. I have visited friends apts. where I was scared to get out of the car..i feel totally safe here and the location is great... close to the beach, Cape Fear Community College, UNC-W, and downtown area. This is a great place in WIlmington to live.
