I lived in a one bedroom for a year and a half. The staff was great, when I had to go month to month at the end of my lease for two months they didn't raise my rent although the paperwork said it would go up $50. It is a typical college neighborhood, and you get your associated college student problems there, but nothing horrible or unexpected. The staff stays on top of things and makes sure that the partying doesn't get out of hand. You see police officers patrol the area nightly. My only complaint was the size of the one bedroom, and it only had a shower, no tub. But I knew that moving in, and it was pretty inexpensive for a safe friendly place to live.
