I have rented a lot over the course of several decades. Abbotts Run is a great place.Utilities were minimal.Nothing ever broke.Management was very pleasant and helpful.Grounds were well kept.The list of expectations I received upon moving was to the point and I am sure it is what kept me from having to pay any additional fees because I followed it.Residents walking dogs etc were friendly.Rent was reasonable. Those who whine on this site are just wimps who have no idea what really worse places and landlords can be like.I would expect that if Mommy and Daddy weren't paying, they would whine less.
