This is the best apartment complex to live. The staff is super friendly and there aren't weight limits on pets, which is really hard to find in Wilmington. There are always really good specials on apartments. They do great things for all the residents, like game nights, and they get done things very quickly for you like maintenence work. There are free dvd rentals. Its in a very convenient location. There aren't noise problems. Its the perfect place to live!
