Lived in Antiqua for 2 years. Apartment was clean but cheaply built.Even though the apartment was brand new there were holes in two mini-blinds, a gouge in the floor in the kitchen and worst of all the countertop around the kitchen sink was not secure and rocked. I guess this would explain the $45-$99 deposit they offer. Parking was terrible, coming home on a Friday night you have a long walk ahead of you. They could really use assigned spots out there. The pool area is nice and usually clean. The first manager was very friendly and helpful. The following management was not as friendly. We never had any problems (besides the couple of guys upstairs who beat and yelled at each other every morning) until a family moved in next door who would call the police and complain to management any time we were outside talking after dark. Ultimately, this was the reason for moving out. Also i would definately recommend getting the units on the sides of the buildings it's worth the higher price.
