Living in Antiqua has been a nightmare. I put in my 30 day notice on the 26th of June. At this time I paid $911.00 to break my lease (even though I had been living there for 2 years). I moved a few days later, then returned on the 17th of July to clean my apartment and and return my keys. To my surprise, the apartment had been cleaned, and my vaccuum, steam cleaner, expensive dog kennel, and other items had been removed. Not only did they send me a bill for cleaning and damages supposedly amounting to $1200.00, but they kept my $500 pet deposit and security deposit, not even applying either to the $1200. I refused to pay it...hello!'' I was still in paid possession of the apartment when they entered it and took my stuff. The office management is rude, the pool stinks, the laundry room is always a mess and the machines are always broken. Bring twice as much change as you need, because they will eat it. The low security deposit also attracts the trash, so expect to call the cops on the weekends. The pet owners are irresponsible. Hence "---- ally," the name for the formerly grassy area where people walk their dogs. Oh, and mold grows on the inside of the windows. Anyway, please don't move here. Check out "Sea Pines" or "Mandeline Place" instead.
