I had written a detailed review, but it can all be summed up in one statement: "Run, run like the wind!".

Unless you are like me and simply can't afford anything else, there are much better apartments in Wilmington.

I have lived in 7 of them since 1994, this is the worst!

Noisy, small and poorly built.

Live on the first floor, and you will hear people upstairs constantly.

Live on the second floor, you will hear the floor creak with every step! I have lived in both a studio and 2 bedroom and they both were miserable.
