Ashton is often noisey due to students. It is a bad mix of adults and kids. Owners who are either retired or have jobs where they have to get up in the am. Realestate companies rent to students when they know the police will be called when they have late night parties. This is not a fair situation to residents or students. Towing is strictly inforced by a towing company that has permission to tow anyone not in a marked place. Many students are not given any rules when they move in. They usually find out about a rule when they are fined. This results in community problems which inconvenience everyone involved. Parents who pay when students are evicted and residents who have their lives disrupted.

My daughter lives in one of these apartments and has not had a so called wild party, but she and her roommates have been harrassed by this HOA president every since they have moved in. I know who this particular person on this committee is and he needs to leave them alone. Has he ever heard of helping out a neighbor and nicely telling someone what in his eyes they are doing that is so bad. I would not say that it is just students who have parties either. Also, I have stayed the weekend with my daughter and it was very quiet while I was there and every time I go to visit. My God, have you nothing else to complain about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
