I am a resident that just survived the flooding that occured in Wilmington during Tropical Storm Ernesto. The management company has been very supportative through the whole experience. Sure, it has been stressful but they have done all they can to make it easier. They put us up in a hotel, restocked our kitchens, gave each of us $100 bucks, and still haven't charged us for rent since August. They could have kicked us out therefore many of us would have been homeless and just splattered some paint on the walls, released the units and never told a soul about the extensive damage and health hazards. After all they have done it really proves they care about me.
