My fiance and I have lived in this apartment for one year and we have had nothing but trouble and inconvenience in this neighborhood. First of all, there are no washer/dryer hookups and no laundry facility in the complex. All the laundrymats surrounding the complex are dirty and expensive, so doing your laundry is a major hassle. They are also supposed to be pet friendly, but they really just aren't. Also, our biggest complaint revolves around the mold that is growing on the outside and inside of our av/ac unit. We've been breathing moldy are for months and have been very sick and once we reported the problem, it took them a month to come out and fix it. Not to mention they would only fix it after we called the health inspector. Now they won't let us out of our lease, even though they have neglected our needs and made us sick. Stay away from this place, it's a trap and the staff is rude and hard to deal with.
