I've lived there for a few months now and I love it. It is in a great location; not too far from the beach, downtown, or other major parts of town...yet far enough out of town to be quiet, calm, and safe. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They make living there very pleasant. My favorite thing about the apartment is that they offer a two bedroom with a study/office. Which was ideal for my roommate and I, since we wanted a 3rd room to convert into an office, but didn't want to pay rent on an actual 3rd bedroom. If you choose to live in Cape Harbor, you will not be sorry.
