Every place has it's good and bad, but this place has more good. Do not be worryed by some of the negitive coments I also read them before I lived there and can only tell you that they are the type of people who where not doing the right thing and got repermanded for it. The Staff is great they will help you out and if it needs fixed they will fix it fast although I did not have to use them much. Depending on the people you have next to you noise is not that bad but keep in mind it is still a apartment with apartment liveing. There is a good mix of older people, students, single people, and small fam's. This is a great place if you are starting out or if you are looking to buy or rent a home. As for all agreements read them so you know what you owe and the terms and condition's of your contract's. The staff is great but thay are held by those rules and will inforce them, for example make sure you give them the 60 day notice thay want before you vacate the premises ext. Leave your worrys behind if you rent from here, you will have no problams as long as you do the right things becouse its the right thing to do and you will have a placent stay.
