Cape Harbor is a great place to live! It is very clean and well kept, the office staff is very friendly and willing to help, although they do seem to fail when communicating with each other over things the other has said. They seem to really care for their residents. The maintenance staff is excellent! The 2 times we've had to call them, they have always come the next morning/day to fix the problem. The downsides include only 1 trash dumpster for the entire complex and the gates never work. They worked really good for the first month I lived here, but they havent worked for at least the past 3 months. Other than that, it's a good place to live. It's not that far from UNCW or Wrightsville Beach and is convenient for the most part.
