Office staff right from the start has been wonderful and caring-they have gone out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The only complaint I have is that no over head lighting is available.. Other than that I am thoroughly satisfied. Convenient location, nice up keep, maintenance is very quick and reliable, brand new carpet, nice layout, very low noise, good appliances, enough storage space, facilities such as tennis courts, swimming pool, laundry room, gym are very well kept. Community activities such as contests, yard sales, office providing free breakfast, etc. that involve residents are a welcoming addition. Overall sense of security with alarm systems and gated entry.
