The operation of the security gates is sporadic at best, but I could never figure out why they felt they were needed to begin with.
I don't believe I've ever seen a police car cruise the lot.
Very quiet neighbors.
Very new construction, maybe 5 or 6 years old.
Maintenance is quick to respond to most problems, even the time I had to call at 9PM on a Saturday evening.
Office staff is responsive and try their best to build a nice community with lots of activities for those who care for that sort of thing.
I give Cape Harbor the highest possible ratings.
