i live in a two bedroom apt here and i do not like it.the front office ladies are very fake and rude at times. they are nosey and like to find out what is going on in your apartment all the time. they will not work with you if you say your rent will be late. they just say to "get over it and find a money order"
the sauna and steam room never work. i have tried to use it three times and each time it has been broken with no sign saying it was. i sat in there for 15 minutes one time and it never heated up.
I have a dog and i let her go potty or just walk out to my car with me and i get yelled at cause she is not on a leash yet the ladies want to touch my dog......yeah right!
My roommate and i met each other on roommates.com and from the first day they turned their noses up to us.
i will not be renewing my lease here because i do not feel welcome.
the toilets and showers are always backed up. i have asked the maintenance several times to fix a few minor things in the apt and they came and wrote a work order and nothing was done. this is not a gated community and the gates have not worked since i moved in almost a year ago. there are alot of ammenties that i pay for that can not be used cause they are borken.
cabinet doors always fall off. the garbage disposal always jams and the bedroom doors do not lock. there are no college students that live here. it is almost like a retirement community including the staff.
