Not a good experience.

If you move here, be ready for an office staff that is incompetent. If you are dealing with them about anything remotely important, ask for everything in writing so you will have some sort of protection when they do not remember anything about your situation. Get receipts for rent. Don't go through the application process on the weekend, because weekend employees don't work much and will most likely mess the application up. Read your lease carefully. Follow move-out procedures carefully. You really have to look out for yourself, or you will get taken advantage of. In my opinion, the apartments are very overpriced. Basically no noise barrier, so get a top floor apartment. I'm leaving ASAP. Not worth all the headache.
