I moved into Cape Harbor about 5 weeks ago. Yes I'm a new resident but there are so many problems. My apartment was painted but they didn't remove any fixtures before painting (my peephole and smoke detector are both covered up with paint-- seriously). I won't go into details but everything is broken and it looks like people did a half-a** job doing this "upgraded" apartment. I'm writing this review because I just unplugged my sink and water ran out all over the kitchen floor... and no one will answer the phone. Everyone around me owns a dog and I'm not talking about tiny dogs. I'm talking BIG dogs that bark when you walk by. There is one pool for about a billion residents and their friends. I do not recommend this place if you want an apartment that was renovated by professionals.
