We moved here a couple of months ago, I have to say that the reality of Cape Harbor is nothing like the picture the complainers on this site are painting. The place is clean, quiet and well-maintained and the office staff are friendly and helpful. No roaches or piles of garbage. Ok the gates don't work but I have no concerns about safety here. For the price you're paying you can't expect much better than this, so it seems to me that all you moaners would find something to b*tch about wherever you were living.

And.... you must be the Apt manager to have such a great opinion of the place. Like I wrote , you can pay less & have the same level of B/S that C.H. offers. The bottom line is the mngt doesn't get it, the maintanance mngr doesn't get it and the thieving , drunkin neihbors with dogs crapping everywhere don't get it.
