Just as many others have stated, problems from day one that were never resolved. parking was a big issue in the rear part of the complex...people would park near our building and walk half way across the complex and leave their vehicles for what ever purpose they so desired, leaving my husband to come from work with no place to park(we only have one car) not to mention all the boats and disabled vehicles taking up spaces.
the noise level-ridiculous...i have been renting homes for six years and i have never had to put up with such disruption...every time i called the office i was treated with such disreguard and as though i had just ruined their day because i was asking them to do their JOB...
over half of the amenities, which i payed a "community fee" for, never functioned to begin with or just happened to be undergoing repair every time i needed to use them...including: business center, the sauna and steam room, the gates(i never HAD to use my key card the entire time i lived there), the club house(no resident use due to remodeling), "car care center"(are you kidding me').
one of our upper cabinets began to fall and completely separate from the wall, this was not considered a maintence emergency and was never fixed by their staff, my father and husband had to fix it themselves...
i could go on all day, the staff is unprofessional and rude, the grounds are disgusting with trash spilling out of the dumpster into the street and stray cats everywhere...OVERALL MY WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
