I left after my lease ended and because I gave only a 6 week notice and not 2 months they hit me with increases. And although I cleaned and shampooed I got a fraction of my deposist back. I can't repeat this enough - the staff are rude and indifferent - ( Headquarters are losers too) , there is dog sh*% everywhere & the compasctor explodes with debris most weekends. What money they do spend goes to the grounds so don't be fooled by just the outside.

1. Your leasing contract specifically tells you the amount of notice you must give to avoid a fee. Duh. 2. Doggy poo is due to rude residents who don't pick up after their pet. If maintenance spent their days worrying about poo and cigarette butts and other nonsense, apartments would never be tended to. 3. Trash overflows when people don't use the compactor properly. This site isn't made for complaining, it's supposed to be informative. Make your complaints to management or corporate.

1) I read my lease, my point was the lack of flexibility that they showed " this valuable resident. 2)Owners should clean up after pets but the staff still had trouble with daily repairs. 3) This site is made for pointing out the good and bad in properties so users can make informed choices. Note: I did make my complaints to mngt & corporate who as I stated were losers. :)

"This site isn't made for complaining, it's supposed to be informative. Make your complaints to management or corporate." The reviewer was being informative to all the new tennants that won't be signing leases with Cape Harbor in the future. If you want to have good reviews, at least be honest.

I am a resident, not a part of management and I have to say that I was told of the 60 day notice during my lease signing, plus it's in the lease. why would they flex something out of a signed contract? The dog poo is fault of the owners, if it bothers u that much move to a place that isn't pet friendly. and at least they have the stations up for cleaning up after the dogs (which I use everytime i walk my neighbors dog for her). The trash overflow was bad at first, but it seems to have not been as bad the past few weeks, and again that is the fault of idiots living here who throw their trash from the street instead of walking up 3 steps to place it properly. As for the site not made for complaining comment left, i do agree with u and seatofpants that it is for information purposes.
