Cape Harbor seems like a nice enough place... but look closely. There has been a recent break-in so there are no computers in the "media center". If you have a problem you will never get anything fixed. There is dog crap everywhere because every other apartment has a (large) dog. When I moved in it seemed safe but now scary looking kids hang out smoking. Noises are very loud in the apartments so if you like it quiet- stay away!! Oh and my dishwasher did not work for the first half of my lease-- that is 6 MONTHS! If you get one of the upgraded apartments that does NOT mean anything is better (or working). This place is a disgusting ghetto.
