Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I moved into cape harbor in july since them i have had a electric sockit catch on fire when there was nothing plugged into it it happened in the am and they didn't fix untell the next day my sink drain pipes have leaked they have repaired them 5 times and they still leak which has stained the carpet now i have a elec short in a light fixture. There also is no parking after 9pm I'm moving out asap
