ok. well i just moved in... the upgraded 3 bedroom. i truly don't have any complaints except for the DOGS! and TRASH!.. i mean these are not small dogs but rather very large dogs(100 pounds) and it's true about the dog crap. there is a system but people with dogs(most people) don't use it. they have bags and a trash area for dog crap but i've seen just about everybody with a dog on this side let their dog crap and just leave it instead of using the bags and thus you have dog crap everywhere. and due to the fact that we don't have a dog but have fleas is a little bit FRUSTRATING! but they will have someone come BOMB your apartment for fleas.. if i don't own a dog i sure as heck don't want other people dog fleas! so don't leave your window open if your on the 1st floor... and the trash bin does get full very quickly.. and i've went before and just had to leave it on the steps as it wsa trully over flowing. and for the price of 1014 i truly did EXPECT better. when my 1 year is up we too will be moving.. Look at THE KEYS or some nicer newer places for either the same price or LESS!
oh and the regular non-upgraded units are UGLY!
and it's true about the parking.. you will have issues after a certain hour, no where to park near your building..
and the walls are THIN.. you can hear EVERYTHING from tv's to sex..
and 1 pool isn't enough for all these people.
