Cape Harbor Sucks! If you have to live there, make sure you give written notice two months in advance when you plan to leave or they will jack you up with all kinds of fees and rent increases. The place is a junk heap, trash everywhere, maitainance takes forever to get done and the money per square foot you spend could be better spent elsewhere. God forbid it rains heavy, your vehicle has to be parked in the grass medians unless you want to write off your car to the insurance company. Don't live here, read all of these warnings and take them to heart- this place sucks!
I wish I had known about this website before I moved and saved myself a lot of heartache and misery.
