I think Cape Harbor has a outstanding office and maintenance staff. Whenever I have called with a problem it is taken care of quickly. I think we have the best staff that we had in a long time. I always see the staff out in the community. I have lived here long enough to say to see the good and bad of Cape Harbor. When Cathy was here it was truly great!!! Then someone else took over and it took a huge nose dive. You want to talk about bad that was bad!!! When Jenny took over she had so much to fix from the last person and she could not do it over night!! I think she has done an outstanding job and created and outstanding team!! I feel it is truly great again!! I also wanted to address the gate issue and kids. If parents!! Not CAPE HARBOR would take responsibility and teach their children right from wrong!! Grow up and take responsibility for your actions!! I feel like these people just want just what they want with no regard for the rules! If that is how they feel I am glad to have them out of my community!!! I truly do love Cape Harbor and plan to stay!!

i love the office staff. every time i go in the office they all was great you with a smile.i lived here for 5 years and when my husband got a different job when we moved out i was unhappy were moved to we were gone for 6 mouths he was unhappy to so we came back here to live. the office staff were we were they were not very nice if you come in to the office they would not come out from there desk to meet you at the door and here they do.i will tell ever one to come to cape harbor. i had some to come and look here to live.i am happy were i am.
