Overall, I was happy with our stay at Cape Harbor. We were there for about 2 years and I think the office staff does a decent job. There were no problems with our apartment, however, so I can't really say how they react in that situation. Our apartment was nice and clean, no complaints there. One thing I never understood is why the gates (both from and back) were ALWAYS broken' I think that's something they should fix, because hopefully tenants aren't paying for it to live in a "gated" community. If that's the case, then they should deduct from their rent prices. I do agree also with the trash compactor, it gets a little nasty at times but I think sometimes that can stem from tenants not throwing their trash all the way in the dumpster. I enjoyed the location of the complex because it is right off of Market, which I take daily to work in Jacksonville. Everything is relatively close as far as the beach, downtown, etc, just a short drive.

I used to look out my 3rd floor balcony & watch drunk college students urinate off the deck in the middle of the night. Must be what finally killed the crowds I recalled ( and I lived there & posted a review this year btw) walking never bothered me, it was giving up my spot to guests throwing parties. Dominion needs to post some more bogus positive reviews to bring up that saggy approvel number ! (DOH)

Gosh, this sounds like such a GREAT place to live according to this review- I'm sure that management is not RESPONSIBLE for this post at all. I guess all my friends and people that I know that still live at Cape Harbor are just degenerate liars and smear trolls. Whew, thank god that such a anonymous renter would set everyone's mind at ease.
