people are so dramatic

I've lived here for almost a year, and although I am moving when my lease is up, it is purely due to my work location. People that ----- about dog s**t tick me off...IT IS UP TO THE OWNER TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS!! If any apt. complex were to go around and pick up every piece of crap left by an animal, you're rent would go up hundreds!! If it's that much of a problem, move to a non pet friendly place! DUH!!! The trash piling up is also due to idiot residents not properly placing it. I live in view of the dumpster and I have definetly seen my share of morons who throw their trash from the street and miss and just leave it there. So none of these problems really have to deal with the place itself. It's because people are dumb. I also believe that the minor things people ----- about are things you have to deal with when living in ANY apartment complex. Those people should look into buying a house. Again, DUH! I've been searching around for a new place (like i said because of work) and have been so disappointed at the places I've seen. I also paid the extra money for the upgrades in my apt. and I must say that I love it. One of the weekend girls is a little on the snooty side, but everyone else has been really nice, especially natasha!! Maintenence has always come 24-48 hrs. after I've asked for them, idk, maybe the just like us. I've also never had problems with my neighbors, luckily. And parking for our building is ample....the people complaining about that must be in a bad spot for that i guess. Again, people complain about things that come with apartment living, and as for me, I loveeeeee cape harbor!

no moron i work at a hotel, 3rd shift, NOT at the apt. complex...just like i stated beforehand.

I saw a renter spray paint circles around dog crap & then arrows to the waste collection area - I guess the local populace was just too dumb to figure it out .. , but then these are the same folks that jump the speed bumps at 50 mph.

Glad your apartment standards are set so low. At least you'll never be dissapointed. Here's a couple of gems for ya sweet-pea :
A) Quality is long remembered after price paid FORGOTTEN.
B) A happy customer tells 10 others about their experiences, an unhappy one tells 100.
