Cape Harbor

Cape Harbor's grounds look great but this is where the good experience ends. Once you sign a lease they know they have you & the service shows. My apartment was still being worked on when I took possesion despite plenty of lead time. The normal "punch out" on my apartment was never completed even a year later as I moved out. They took out my furnace filter , left it in the closet & never installed a new one. Maintanace promised follow up on damage THEY caused on another repair but never returned.

The office : The workers act like you are putting them out everytime you go in for something. I loved all the times I sat in there alone waiting for someone to finally pop a head out half mad I was in there with a request. The home office is no better btw. What else...

The security gates ( you pay for them) fail to work half the time.
Your loud neighbors will own 1 or more large dogs that bark & crap on the grounds.
People race thru jumping speed bumps at 40mph even with kids around.
It floods .
The roaches in the halls at night are as big as cuban cigars.

Oh, I had UPS stolen off my front door on 3rd floor. The Office lost other delivered goods left with them for me.
** Others I knew went elsewhere, paid hundreds less on a better property.
AVOID Cape Harbor at all costs.
